Estores Exteriores Elétricos

Os estores são instalados nos vãos das janelas, servem para impedir / regular a entrada de luz e têm função de isolamento térmico.

Os estores elétricos podem ser em PVC ou Alumínio (normalmente alumínio térmico, isto é, as réguas são em alumínio e o interior é preenchido com um isolante térmico, usualmente o poliuretano expandido).

Não se recomendam estores em PVC com sistema elétrico e é recomendado que as calhas sejam também em alumínio (normalmente alumínio lacado)

Uma peça importante nos estores elétricos é o motor. Certifique-se que está a adquiri um bom motor para estores elétricos.

 

Outro ponto importante é a dimensão das réguas. A dimensão das réguas vai depender das dimensões da caixa de estores. As réguas devem ter bloqueadores laterais para assegurar o seu correto alinhamento e funcionamento.

No caso de a habitação / espaço não possuir uma caixa de estores, devem ser adquirido um conjunto de estores com caixa de estore compacta.

Do ponto de vista do isolamento, a caixa de estores compacta pode ser uma solução interessante, uma vez que costuma ser isolada termicamente, enquanto que, nas caixas de estores de parede (feitas na construção), nem sempre é possível controlar as pontes térmicas.
