A coluna de abastecimento de água de um edifício efectua a ligação desde o abastecimento público (Epal) até ao contador de cada fracção.

A responsabilidade de manutenção da coluna de água é responsabilidade do proprietário do edifício ou condomínio.

    Assunto: Substituição da coluna montante de abastecimento de água ao edifício
    1- Informações:
    1.1 – O prédio compõe-se de : – R/c com 3 apartamentos : R/c E, R/c D e R/c F (casa da porteira).
    – 1° andar 2 apartamentos : 1° E e 1° D. – 2º andar 2 apartamentos : 2º E e 2° D. – 3º andar 2 apartamentos : 3º E e 3º D.
    1.2 – Os contadores (no interior das cozinhas) situam-se verticalmente na parte de trás da parede frontal ao átrio de entrada e sensivelmente junto aos ângulos laterais -esquerdo e direito – da referida parede . Excetuam-se os contadores do R/c F e R/c D que se situam do lado de dentro das paredes junto às portas de entrada dos respetivos apartamentos.
    1.3 – A coluna montante do gás, já substituída, passa exteriormente, à esquerda e à direita, em duas colunas verticais pela parede frontal ao átrio da entrada, excetuando-se a parte da canalização desde as válvulas de corte local até aos contadores a qual passa pelo interior da parede.
    1.4 – A coluna montante da eletricidade, já substituída, passa exteriormente pela parede oposta à parede frontal do átrio de entrada.

    2 – Pretendemos:
    2.1 – Orçamento completo para fornecimento e execução da coluna montante de água, este do exterior do prédio até aos contadores, em material designado como “multi camada”, com qualidade, distribuindo a alimentação pelos pisos, colocando os adequados olhos de boi, remoção dos atuais e enchimento dos buracos.
    2.2 – A canalização deverá passar em parede do vão da escada, instalada à vista com a adequada proteção e isolamento em tubagem embutida, se conveniente.
    2.3 – Pretende-se que a tubagem, desde a ligação no exterior até ao fim do átrio de entrada, passe pelo interior da parede, caso seja possível.
