Microcimento – Resvestimento pavimentos, paredes e tectos

O Microcimento é um material de revestimento que apresenta excelentes características para projectos / obras de remodelações tanto de espaços para habitação como para espaços comerciais. Trata-se de um material mineral de dois componentes, que pode ser aplicado em cima de outras superfícies (à excepção de madeira) e que com uma espessura reduzida confere considerável resistência à compressão.

Este material pode ser aplicado para revestimento de pavimentos, parede e tectos e de elementos que tenham condições para receber a sua aplicação.

1 – Aplicação de Microcimento

O Microcimento,pode ser aplicado sobre suporte cimenticio (pode ser necessário preparação através de lixagem).

No caso de suportes vidrados (revestimento cerâmico, por exemplo) ou vitrifiacados (pode requerer aplicação de primário).

O Microcimento, pode ser aplicado sobre pladur (gesso cartonado) – com aplicação de primário (à semelhança das superfícies vidradas ou vitrificadas).

O Microcimento pode ser aplicado sobre gesso também com aplicação de primário.

2 – Vantagens do Microcimento

  • pode ser aplicado sobre quase qualquer revestimento
  • apresenta boas características de aderência à maioria de suportes de materiais de construção
  • podem ser escolhidos várias cores para acabamento
  • trata-se de uma superfície continua (não é necessário execução de juntas)
  • excelentes características de resistência e de durabilidade
  • espessura reduzida (facilita obras de remodelações ~ 0.1 a 1 mm)
  • pode ser utilizado em obras de interiores e de exteriores

O Microcimento é em geral um bom revestimento e em particular um excelente material que pode ser utilizado em obras de remodelações. No entanto, a correcta aplicação deste material deve ser feita por um instalador de Microcimento.

Não deve ser aplicado por servente sem experiência na aplicação deste tipo de materiais, ainda que tenha experiência na aplicação de materiais de revestimentos ou argamassas.
